I understand how hard it can be to reach out and trust someone with your story.

I first went to therapy myself at 18 years old, and it’s something I’ve returned to at different points in my life. This has shaped not only who I am, but how I practise — with empathy, patience, and a genuine belief in the power of being heard

As a Person-Centred Counsellor and Low-Intensity CBT Therapist, I’ve supported adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes. I also have a particular interest in working with people who struggle with relational safety; creating a nurturing therapeutic alliance within which you can be yourself is of the most importance to me.

My approach is collaborative and reflective — I aim to meet you where you are and work alongside you at your pace. I also love to focus on the process; exploring what is going on for you in the very moment that we are together. My training has taught me how to hold space for deep emotion while keeping the focus on helping you move forward.

I used to worry that feeling deeply made me “too emotional” to be a therapist — but I’ve learned that it’s one of my greatest strengths. I don’t stand on the sidelines; I step into your world with you, helping you make sense of what feels overwhelming and find meaning in the process.

Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’ve been before, you deserve a space that feels safe, genuine, and human. If you’d like to find out more about working together, I offer a free 20 minute call to which can be scheduled below. I’d love to hear from you.
